Without the Dutch, we wouldn’t have CDs, DVDs or WiFi. We wouldn’t have telescopes to help us see the stars or microscopes to show us single atoms. Our carrots wouldn’t be orange. Our techno wouldn’t be hardcore. We wouldn’t know the joys of figure skating.
Our team in the Netherlands embodied the spirit of growth and entrepreneurship over the course of last year. Since the beginning of 2015, our team has grown from two people to six. Very soon, we’re going to be joined by a seventh. We outgrew our office and had to move to a new space to accommodate a rapidly expanding team. We are now working with household names including energy giant E.ON, Vodafone, and Drukwerkdeal.nl – the Dutch online market leader in printed products.
All of our customers benefit from the use of our Predictive Intelligence platform. Now Interact uses Predictive Intelligence to bridge the gap between online channels and the contact center through machine-learning algorithms that combine online behavioural data with data from offline touch-points. The software helps businesses to optimize all contact center channels, reduce cart abandonment and increase conversions.
We are really proud of the success of our Dutch team in 2015, and look forward to continued growth this year. Wij houden van Oranje!
