Now Interact began working with a leading Swedish Telecoms company in early 2014. Following tests using Now Interact’s proactive Callback feature on website visitors displaying an interest in purchasing an item – but not converting – online, the brand saw an immediate increase in sales.
Following this success, the brand expanded its use of Now Interact to include both proactive Callback and Callin – which uses dynamic contact numbers in order to drive an increase sales and volumes.
Now Interact’s proactive sales methods now account for more than 5% of total sales for the brand, with close rates between 20-30% on users identified by the tool. The brand is seeing more sales, lower handling times and an increase in customer satisfactions as a result of working with Now Interact.
