Ticket is the largest travel agency in Sweden and Norway.  It has 73 retail sites across Sweden and Norway, as well as internet and telesales platforms, including ticket.dk and ticket.fi.

Sales amount to approximately SEK 4 billion (approx. £400 million) and they employ more than 320 full-time staff.

The company’s ethos is to make it easy for their customers to find and book the ‚right‘ trip by providing high levels of expertise and customer service whether in store, over the phone or online.
